Founders

Vijay Shah

Vijay is spearheading Unimon Energy to deliver data driven digital solutions. He has 12+ years of global engineering experience with companies ranging from startups to fortune 500 companies. He has designed, built, deployed and maintained applications running on multiple platforms (from PLC to Cloud). Merged with his time in India's largest thermal power plant, he is one of the 'rare ones' having hands-on experience in IT and OT systems.

Vibha Rao

Vibha is laser focused on growing the business and the 'Unimon' brand by putting customer at the center. With 8+ years of global experience in machine vision, she also holds a German patent in the field. She enjoys working in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams due to her experience with German multinationals. She can easily communicate in 6 languages and is a trained Indian classical vocalist.
